Empower, Instruct, Evolve: Become a Kalaripayattu Mentor
Overview
The Kalaripayattu & Yoga Teachers Training Course (TTC) at Atman Kalari Yoga Centre is a 3-month intensive residential program designed to develop skilled, disciplined, and confident teachers rooted in authentic Indian tradition.
This unique program integrates the ancient martial art of Kalaripayattu with classical Hatha Yoga, meditation, philosophy, and a structured teaching methodology. Conducted in the traditional Gurukula system, students live, train, and evolve within the ashram environment under the direct guidance of Don Gurukkal and his senior students.
This is not merely a professional certification it is a journey of physical mastery, mental clarity, and inner transformation. The extended duration allows for progressive development from foundational training to advanced practice, ensuring that students gain true confidence in both performance and teaching.
At the end of the course, students will undergo a comprehensive assessment, including written and oral examinations. Upon successfully passing these examinations, certificates will be awarded to qualified participants.
